35 Years Around the ☀️

Well there goes year 35 around the ☀️ 

A mentor of mine encouraged me to go back and look at a picture of myself a year ago & see what all I’ve been able to do and BE this year. So this video is a lot of what i found. 

☀️ Being a mom this past year was hard & fun & sweet & exhausting. I’m not a perfect mom to my boys. But i know at 35 I’m the RIGHT mom for them. 

☀️ Being a wife to 🐔 Joe is the greatest gift. With every year the more grateful i am to have him by my side & i hope he can say the same for me. 

☀️ Being a friend who shows up to mourn and to celebrate. I think that can be said of me this past year & i want to take that with me. i sure hope my people know how much I’m rooting for them.

☀️ Being a teacher of God’s word is something that makes me COME ALIVE & is a gift i love to use. The opportunities this year to teach & preach have just been the biggest blessing. And I’m grateful for the tribe that supports me and sends me out to do it. 

☀️ Being a follower of Jesus is hard, but it’s not that complicated (thanks Tommy Bowman!). Love God. Love People. Trying to have my life reflect those two more and more. Still bumbling and fumbling my way thru it tho! 

There’s probably a million more things to reflect on but those are the snapshots that resonate this year.
